I. General Description

ZCT1xxxK-LPS-ALx-460x is a single axis current output inclinometer sensor, developed and manufactured by Shanghai Zhichuan Electronic Tech. Co., Ltd. The max measure range is 0~360 degree with analog current output 4-20mA.

Remark 1: Resolution is the minimum amount of change that the sensor can detect in the measurement range.
Remark 2: Accuracy is the difference between the output value of the sensor and the true corresponding input value. Analog linearity range ( accuracy) is between 1%~99% of measure range.
Remark 3: Analog accuracy = Non-linearity*Measure range,While no less than digital accuracy(0.1°). eg: The accuracy of ±45°measure range = (±0.1%)*(45 -(-45)), the real analog accuracy is 0.1°.

Analog resolution = (measure range/100)*digital resolution, which is no less than digital resolution(0.01°). eg: the analog resolution of 0~360°measure range = (360/100)*0.01, the real analog resolution is 0.036°.

Analog zero drift = (measure range/100)*digital zero drift, which is no less than digital zero drift. eg: the analog zero drift of ±45°measure range =90/100)*0.3, the real analog zero drift is 0.3°.

Analog temp drift = (measure range/100)*digital temp. Drift, which is no less than digital temp drift. eg: the analog temp drift of ±45°measure range =90/100)*0.1, the real analog temp drift is 0.1°.

 

Note: To let the sensor work at best situation, please guarantee the supply voltage is the lowest, and load resistance is the highest, which can avoid or ease the high temperature caused by low load.
