I. General Description

ZCT260K-LAS-A-1910 is a dual axis high accuracy, quick response, lower zero temperature drift inclinometer which is reasearched and produced by Shanghai Zhichuan. Its maximum measuring range is +/-90°, RS232 interface, digital angle output.

Remark 1: Resolution is the smallest angular change which can be measured by inclinometer.

Remark 2: Non-linearity means the devation degree between output curve and the best fitting line.

Remark 3: zero temperature drift refers to fix the output angle as zero, when temperature change, the angle changed caused by temperature influence.

Remark 4: Sensitivity temperature refers to the sensitivity change caused by temperature change, its effect on angle is: arcsin (sinθ/(1±Δ%))–θ  [θ is the actual angle, Δsensitivity changes] 

 

V. Default Output Setting

1. Data byte: 8bit, stop byte: 1 bit, Parity byte: None.

2. Baud rate: 9600bps

 

VI. Angle Value ASCII Format Output (default)

There is 7 bytes in one set of data, format is as below:

XH is high byte of X axis, XL is low byte of X axis, Y is similar as X axis, Byte6 is the low byte of the value XH + XL + YH + YL. 0-90corresponding to 0-32768, 0+90 corresponding to 032768.

For example: the current value  of X axis is 60º, Y axis is 30º, it will display: AA 55 55 D5 55 D4 CC (in hex format)

 

VII. User Command

  1. B0 FF FF 0D――Read angle command
  2. B2 00 XX 0D ――set output format. XX=0×00 is answer format, that is customer read angle value by read angle command. XX=0×01, 30 Hz fixed frequency output; XX=0×02, 12Hz fixed frequency output; XX=0×03, 10Hz fixed frequency output; XX=0×04, 7Hz fixed frequency output; XX=0×05, 6Hz fixed frequency output;
  3. B2 22 XX 0D―― set the inclinometer output format. XX=00 set the output as ASCII format;XX=01, set the inclinometer output as HEX format.
  4. B3 FF FF XX XX 0D– set baud rate. XX XX is in ASCII format (05-30).
