Remark 1: Resolution is the smallest angular change which can be measured by inclinometer. It is different in different measuring range, it is 0.01 in the measuring range +/-60 degree.
Remark 2: Non-linearity means the devation degree between output curve and the best fitting line.
Remark 3: zero temperature drift refers to fix the output angle as zero, when temperature change, the angle changed caused by temperature influence.
Remark 4: Sensitivity temperature refers to the sensitivity change caused by temperature change, its effect on angle is as below:
