1. General Description

ZCT200MB series inclinometer sensors are based on Bluetooth wireless transmission technology. It is with max measuring range of +-30deg, can be applied to safe monitoring control system of industrial field, buildings, civil engineering and so on.

Remark2: Accuracy means difference between the measured value by sensor and the true value.

Remark3: Zero temp drift means angle deviation with change of temp, when firstly let sensor fixed at one point with zero output at room environment.

Remark4: Sensitivity temp drift means sensor’s sensitivity changes with environment. Error resulted by sensitivity temp drift is as follow:

5. Use Instruction

1. All the Bluetooth device is assigned one 48bits address, which is made of 24bit LAP domain, 16bits NAP domain, 8bits UAP domain.It is written on the chip’s part nbr lable.

2. The sensor is powered by 2pcs 3.6V batteries. Pls make full charge before first usage. Its maintainance should be as follows: when working, pls make sure the environment temperature is 040℃, higher temperature will damage the batteries performance; when out of work, pls put it in dry and cool places below 32℃ and charge it every 3 months.

3. Bluetooth communication interface of the sensor is configured as serial port device, other Bluetooth device (eg. PC with Bluetooth function, Bluetooth PDA, USB Bluetooth adapter and so on) can search it and find its SPP service.Transparent data transmission can be available when other Bluetooth devices build SPP connection  with sensor. User can modify and set friendly internal parameter of the sensor by ASCII code(will be introduced by following).

4. Inclinometer sensor is always in sleep state, when host device ask for connection, it should process in 5 seconds. Or sensor will be off connection and enter into sleep state. When in measurement mode, sensor will enter into sleep mode after data is sent by sensor.

5. Two work mods are provided: configuration mode and measuring mode. In configuration mode, user can inquiry and set sensor’s parameter by the commands. In measuring range, inclination data is sent according to requirements, after sending, connection will be off automatically.
