Ⅰ. General Description

ZCTXXXK1-LPS-155 is a high accuracy, 4-20mA analog current output inclinometer researched and produced by ZC Tech. It has anti-jamming characteristic adapt to long distance signal transmission. It have optional measuring range, ±5, ±10, ±15, ±30, ±45, ±60.

Remark 1: Resolution is the smallest angular change which can be measured by inclinometer.
Remark 2: Non-linearity means the deviation degree between output curve and the best fitting line.
Remark 3: Sensitivity is definite as Isens = {Iout (@max measuring angle) – Iout(@min measuring angle)}/{measuring range}[mA/°].
Remark 4: zero deviation ±0.5°.

 

V. Output Current and Angle

Angle = (Iout-Offset) / Sensitivity

Iout: output current;
Offset: 12mA, output current in zero angle;
Sensitivity: changed according to the measuring range, see table above.
